When will my order arrive?
Each piece is printed on demand.
Please allow 2–5 business days for production, plus shipping time.
You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently ship to the US, Canada, UK, Germany, Italy, and Australia.
Please note: not all items are available for delivery in every country, so we recommend checking the product description. Feel free to reach out if you’re unsure—we’re happy to help.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We start production quickly to reduce waste and delays, so changes aren’t always possible once your order is submitted.
That said, if you contact us right away, we’ll do our best to catch it in time.
My order arrived damaged—what should I do?
We’re so sorry to hear that.
While rare, damage can happen during transit.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and a photo of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

Can I track my order once it ships?
Yes! You’ll get a tracking link via email as soon as your order is on its way.
If you don’t see it, check your spam folder—or reach out and we’ll send it again.

Do prices show on the packing slip?
Don’t worry. We never include prices in our packages, so your gift stays a surprise (and a classy one).
Can I send a gift directly to someone else?
Yes! Just enter their name and shipping address at checkout.
