When will my order arrive?

Each piece is printed on demand, created just for you.

Please allow 2–5 business days for production, plus shipping time depending on your location. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow its journey.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide. Delivery times and fees may vary, but wherever you are, PEC is happy to send a piece of our artful gift shop to you.

 

Packaging & Sustainability

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

Not fully, yet. But our print-on-demand model means no overproduction, no excess inventory, and less waste. And because your order ships from within the U.S., we also reduce the carbon footprint of global shipping.

Each PEC piece is made when it’s needed, with less impact on the planet.

Why don’t you stock inventory?

Because we believe in thoughtful creation over mass production. Each card, print, or capsule object is produced on demand, reducing environmental impact and honoring slow living values.

Gifting & Notes

Can I include a gift note?

Not just yet, but it’s coming soon. If your order is a gift, you can reach out, and we’ll do our best to make it special.

Will the recipient see the price?

No. We never include pricing in our packaging, so your gift arrives as a surprise — not a receipt.

 

Customization

Can I personalize a card or print?

Some pieces will offer personalization options soon. We love creating meaningful gifting experiences, so stay tuned, or share your ideas with us.

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my item?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for damaged or defective items only. If this happens, PEC covers all replacement costs—just email us with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Where are you based?

Printed Echoes Creations is an online-only gift shop, rooted in global inspiration from our travels, but proudly based in the United States.

All of our production partners are U.S.-based, and every order ships from the U.S. directly to your door. 

This reduces our carbon footprint, since pieces aren’t shipped from across the world, while ensuring your artful gifts arrive faster and with greater care.
